Effective 25 August 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses ndismarketplace.com (the "site"), whether you are browsing, enquiring about a business, or listing one for sale. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
NDIS Marketplace is operated by JEBS INTL PTY LTD (ABN 12 619 771 363, ACN 619 771 363), the company you contract with when you list a business and the company that receives the placement fee. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact form. Everywhere else in these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
NDIS Marketplace is an advertising platform. We publish listings for NDIS-registered and NDIS-related businesses that are for sale, and we pass buyer enquiries to the seller of the listing concerned.
We are not a party to any sale. We do not sell the businesses listed, we do not act as your agent, broker, adviser or representative in a transaction, and we do not hold sale proceeds or deposits. Any agreement to buy or sell a business is made directly between the buyer and the seller, on whatever terms they agree between themselves.
We are an independent commercial business. We are not the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any other government body, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
3. Accounts
You may create a seller account to list a business, or a buyer account to save listings. You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are listing a business, authorised to act for the business you are listing.
4. Listing a business
The placement fee
Submitting a listing for publication requires a placement fee of $690 AUD (incl. GST), payable at the time you submit. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. An optional featured placement is available for $150 AUD (incl. GST), which promotes your listing for 6 months from the date of payment, and is charged on the same transaction. Both figures are the total amount payable; there is nothing to add at checkout.
$690 is a limited-time promotional price. The standard placement fee is $1,590 AUD, and we return to it after 30 September 2026. The price that applies to you is the price shown at the moment you pay, and it is the price on your Stripe receipt. A later change to the fee does not affect a listing already paid for.
Review before publication
Paying the fee submits your listing for review. It does not publish it. We review every listing before it goes live and may ask you to change it, or decline to publish it, if it does not meet these terms. If we decline, we will tell you why by email so you have the chance to fix it. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
How long a listing runs
Once published, your listing stays live until the business is sold or you withdraw it. There are no re-listing fees for the same business, and resubmitting a listing that has already been paid for does not incur a second placement fee.
5. Confidentiality of business identity
Listings on this site are deliberately anonymous. Do not include the company name, registered business name, ABN, trading name, website address, or anything else that identifies the business, in your listing title, description, or images. Identity is disclosed to a prospective buyer only after a confidentiality agreement is in place.
This protects sellers, whose staff, participants and competitors generally do not know the business is for sale. We may edit or remove content that breaches this, and we may decline to publish a listing for this reason alone.
6. Your content and your responsibility for it
By submitting a listing or any other content, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate and not misleading, including any figures for revenue, profit, participant numbers or registration groups;
- you own the business or are authorised to offer it for sale;
- you own or have the right to use any images or text you upload;
- the content does not infringe anyone else's rights and does not breach any law.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting and display it on the site and in related marketing while your listing is live.
Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct. Figures you publish about a business are your representations, not ours, and you are responsible for them.
7. Enquiries
When you enquire about a listing we pass your name, email, phone number and message to that listing's seller so they can reply to you directly. Enquiries are for genuine interest in the business. Do not use the enquiry form to advertise to sellers, to collect data, or to send bulk or automated messages. We rate-limit enquiries and may block access for misuse.
8. What we may do
We may, at our discretion:
- decline to publish, edit, or remove any listing or content;
- mark a listing sold, withdrawn or expired;
- suspend or close an account that breaches these terms;
- change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site.
Where we remove a paid listing for a breach of these terms, refunds are dealt with under the Refund Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish listing data in bulk, attempt to identify the businesses behind anonymous listings, interfere with the site's operation or security, or use the site for anything unlawful.
10. Our intellectual property
The site's design, text, logos, and the arrangement of listings and articles are owned by us or our licensors. You may read and share pages normally; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site for a competing purpose.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for the supply of services is limited to resupplying them or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
Subject to that, we are not liable for the accuracy of listing content supplied by sellers, for the conduct or solvency of any buyer or seller, for the outcome of any transaction, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits or lost opportunity. See our Disclaimer for what we do and do not verify.
12. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the effective date at the top tells you when it changed. If a change is significant and affects a listing you have already paid for, the terms in force when you paid continue to apply to that listing.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. If you have a complaint, tell us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
