Effective 25 August 2026. This disclaimer applies to everything published on this site, including listings, articles and guides. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Listing information comes from sellers

Every listing is written and supplied by the seller of that business, or by someone acting for them. We review listings before publication for presentation and to make sure the business is not identified before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

That review is not verification. We do not audit financial statements. We do not confirm revenue, profit, margins, participant or client numbers, staff numbers, contract values, or growth figures. We do not confirm the ownership or legal structure of the business, its assets or liabilities, or its position with any regulator, lender or landlord. Figures shown in a listing are the seller's representations, not ours.

NDIS registration is not verified or guaranteed

Where a listing refers to NDIS registration, registration groups or classes of support, that information is supplied by the seller. We do not confirm it with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we make no representation that a registration is current, in good standing, free of conditions, or capable of being transferred to a buyer.

Whether registration survives a change of ownership depends on how the transaction is structured and on the regulator's requirements. Get your own advice on this before you rely on it.

NDIS Marketplace is an independent business. We are not the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any other government body, and we are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for them. "NDIS" is used here only to describe the sector these businesses operate in.

Nothing here is professional advice

The site, including our articles, guides, valuation content and any calculators, is general information only. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, taxation or business advice.

Before buying or selling a business, get your own advice from qualified professionals: an accountant, a lawyer, and where relevant a licensed business broker or financial adviser.

Do your own due diligence

If you are considering a purchase, satisfy yourself independently about the business. That normally includes verified financial records, tax and payroll compliance, employment and contractor arrangements, participant or client contracts, regulatory standing and audit history, insurance, leases, litigation, and the terms on which any registration or contract can transfer.

An enquiry through this site is an introduction. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a statement that a business is suitable for you.

We are not a party to any transaction

We advertise businesses and pass enquiries to sellers. We are not the seller, we are not your agent or adviser, and we take no part in negotiations, contracts, settlement or the transfer of any business. Any dealings you have with a buyer or seller are at your own risk and on terms you agree with them directly.

Prices, availability and third-party links

Asking prices are set by sellers and can change or be withdrawn without notice. Some listings do not disclose a price. A listing being visible does not guarantee the business is still available.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or accuracy.

Site availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability is addressed in clause 11 of the Terms of Service.

Something wrong in a listing?

If you believe a listing is inaccurate or misleading, tell us at [email protected] and we will look into it. We can edit or remove listings, and we would rather hear about a problem than leave it up.
