This policy explains how NDIS Marketplace, a site operated by JEBS INTL PTY LTD (ABN 12 619 771 363, ACN 619 771 363), ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through ndismarketplace.com, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us: your name, email address and the content of any message you send through a contact, enquiry or newsletter form on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, connect you with a listing's seller.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service you asked for.
Form handling
Form submissions are stored in our own database, hosted with Supabase in secured infrastructure, and are only accessible to NDIS Marketplace staff and, for listing enquiries, the listing's seller.
Analytics and cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance purposes.
Data security and retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request or to meet our record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
